heya,

when i read your forum its mainly about whos fighting next, when, where, and "did you catch that fight last night between bla bla and bob"... (this isnt a pay out - continue reading)

i was just wondering what your training plans/programs are in muay thai and how often you guys train?

could you pls enlighten me into some effective ways of getting a full body workout?

I dont think you will find to many fighters posting here Dragon. They seem to get flamed when they post.
If you want a full body workout try wwwtrainforstrength.com

Swimming is also a good full body workout

The fittest that I have ever been was after spending a couple of weeks training at Sangtien Noi's gym in Thailand. That was the best workout, both physically and mentally exhausting!
