Zambidis vs Apache Serkan

I've talked to Serkan yesterday and he said that he is fighting Mike in a month in Greece.This fight was supposed to take place a few months ago but it was postponed due to Serkan's injury.He is really aware of what he is up against,I wish him all the best.If he can take down Zambidis,he will make a great name for himself and gain everyone's respect.He is hoping that it won't be cancelled again.

Yea good news, finally the fight that was meant to really happen will occur.

Appache did fight Paul Lee on a show earlier this year. His is a sharp and well but together package.

Yet ofcourse we all know what Mike has, but also the Turkish fighters in that camp dont go down easy.

It will take place in January on an A1 promotion from memory.

We all know Mike is going to be the hot favorite to win, but also Apache is by no means a bad opponent. He probably is one of the better fighters in the Solak stable.

Apache has learnt Muay Thai in the same gym as I did.He is really one of the best that came out our gym but one thing that makes me upset is that the best fighter from our gym broke his leg last year in a motorcycle accident,I wish you guys could have watched him.He is better now and he is going to fight a German in January,we are all wondering how his comeback will be but we all have doubts after that unfortunate break.

One thing about Apache,his got the heart,Zambidis does not scare him at all,he said that this fight will finish with knock out,it will by no means be decided by points,these are his exact words.

I will tell you a better fight would be Jason Scerri V Apache Serkan. Jason and Apache were seet to fight a few months back in Sydney. And Apache pull out for some reaason i think he had to go home (Turkey).Anyway i hope it can happen in 2006.

If it's a rumour it'll be a dissapointment for Apache because he's been told that he'll fight Zambidis next month and gh's training for it.If it's a rumour then he is lied to.

very interesting Matt, i have direct contact from the guy's overseas and when i told them if it was true they said it was the first they herd of it.

To be honest i hope this fight never happens, Zambidis wants world class fighters.

By the way i knew Serkan pulled out last time and Kara Murat wasn't the substitute to fight Zambidis buddy.

His name is Ismail Onder.You would not know him but here are a few pictures:he is the guy with the beard,slightly older guy is my first instructor and the owner of the gym.Now I train with Ismail.The article is in Turkish but at least you get to see some pictures.

I guess Zambo Rambo was right this time,Apache was told that he is fighting another Greek,we are all dissapointed.Zambidis fight is cancelled AGAIN!
