left rib kick- attack or defence

also being short i love to use the dump alot

Max Power, he's the man who's name you'd love to touch. But you mustn't touch! His name sounds good in your ear, but when you say it you mustn't fear! Cause his name can be said by anyone

I love to use the heel in any way, its the ultimate striking surface, totally under-rated as a weapon, usually it comes out of nowhere and people find it hard to predict or defend against.

he also still gets in the ring and throws the boys round in the grapple..

Dutts you cheeky barst@#d, I can still kick to the head no problem, and besides about 1995 not 1994 when I was still fit, around about 98-99 I was fit for about 5 months straight, but now I just surrender to the fact that I'm old and I can take more than I can give no problem and a good shin bone has got me out of trouble on a few occasions....

Being a southpaw i have 3. first is the inside leg kick ie my roundhouse, second is the outside roundhouse and cross off it and thirdly the step up uppercut elbow.
Good thread

Definitely hands are my favourite, just my prefered natural favourite over the other techniques of muay thai.
But as with everyone else here, who doesn't like the flying knee, or spinning back elbow, or thrust knees

I was going to say my mouth, but realised that wouldn't be very wise in these boards so I'll say my legs, either for running or a well placed leg kick.
