It happend a few weeks ago now, apparently Zambidis lost by distance, but their corner thought they had just done enough, but it seemed the judges thought different, Zambidis corner diddnt argue at all with the result, but they thought they had done enough.

it happened a week ago, i spoke to mike and he said that the same thing happened as during his previous fight in holland. Zam dropped his opponent and the judges awarded the win to his opponent, something that made the crowd boo the winner and the judges. Even the reporters that interviewed mike told him that they thought he won!! But for the dutch, its hard to have a local boy lose to a foreigner. The fact is that Mike has made his presence felt and a loss in papers doesnt mean much

Wow, I can't believe Mike fought this close to the K1 Max.

ThaiBoxer, I hope he's not going to be coming into the tourny with any injuries.

It's dissapointing to hear that he was ripped off, and it must be frustrating for such a great fighter.

Does anyone know the opponents name?

i think the dutch bloke would of won. NO ONE CAN BEAT THE DUTCH THEY ARE THE BEST.THEY WOULD CHOP NE ONES LEGS UP EVEN ZAMBIDIS!!!!!!!!

Mike didn't fight in Holland last week. What the hell are you guys talking about?
He fought in Holland about 3-4 weeks ago and "lost" a highly disputed decision. Everyone felt he won, but he felt happy with his performance despite the decision. In his opinion it as a good workout for this months K-1 Max.

dear insider mike DID fight last week for the second time in holland. He called me right after he returned. He fought because he thought it would be good practice before the k1. No injuries and he is 100% for melbourne.
