Hey guys,
I just spoke to Michael Vukovic on the phone and was given some horrible news.
Melbourne Boxing promoter and Manager Stuart Duncan (who manages Sam Soliman, Lovemore Ndou and Julian Holland) is in Hospital with some horrible scull fractures. I checked the local boxing forum and have read reports that range in severity, and the worst being that Stuart was still unconscious and fighting for his life.
OMG, what the hell?
Apparently this was all over a cab, and the scuffle involved a couple of people within the industry.
I just wanted to let some of you guys know who may know Stuart, but mightn't of heard this horrible news.
Apparently, most of the injuries were suffered when Stuart hit the pavement. I can't imagine anyone inflicting such horrible injuries on purpose, but regardless the damage is done.
I just wanted to pass my sympathies to Stuart, his family and his friends, and let them know that many others like me will be praying for Stuart's full recovery.
I had only worked for the guy once, but the opperation he ran was smooth as, and it was a pleasure working for someone that professional.
