hey boys,

Joe is trying to get Simon from JTS a match also. Unfortunately i wont be able to venture to my hometown this time though, i've got Amy on JNI show. so heaven forbid i'm sending Donny millar up... i'm no sure if QLD is really ready for Don though.

should be fun for them... hope the match comes thru

good luck all.

TAO (JOOK)

PS. Kris fought really well over in WA on the weekend and gave it to a more exp, and tough opponent. he is an intelligent fighter for such a young lad... he'll definately go far in this sport.

Thats if Wazza gets back home in time for the show. Word has it he's definately not getting homesick & is considering becoming a MWP boy.<img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

He's been "training" non-stop with one of my fellow MWP boys since Sat night!!! <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_evil.gif border=0 align=middle>

hey boys,

well it looks like there is a bit of discussion as to who'll win between Ghot Suernoi and George Groth. should be a cracker none the less... opinion swings the way of george at this stage but i must say that having seen both of them fight on a number of occasions i think ghot will have what it takes, despite georges massive workrate i think ghot is clever enough to take the decision.

what do you all think??

my opion is george will be to much for ghot to handle as already stated his workrate is massive and he doent like to take a backwards
step this will be a clash of styles and one not to be missed! both boys have the same scalps are undefeted and will wont to remain that way somehow i think this wont be the last time we these boys go at it! this fight will be worth the admission alone!!!!!

ghot by decision, i just think ghots got the smarts and knows his way around the ring, it'll be a great fight all the same. cant wait to see it

hey guys,

well i dont have all the results but, Ghot by decision it was. George apparently dislay his usual high work rate and pressured Ghot but the general consensus was that Ghot won without question. not being on the S coast, i didn't see the fight but received five different phone calls from the fights and all said the same.

Simon Hughes unfortunately lost, getting dropped twice in the first roud with body rips,(my advice to him was start slow in the first, but perhaps he started a bit slow and paid the price) but after his initial lie down in the first, he came back delivering left kick after left kick to marks body. in the third we hear they entered the grapple where simon was at home, dumping mark a few times and landing some nice elbows which by the end of the fight left mark with three cuts on his face. i hear that by the end of the fourth they were both exhausted but battled on resulting, in mark doing just enough, and with the eight count earlier, took the decision. well done to mark who put up a briliant fight displaying strong thai skill, a well earned win... after a fight like this one we would love to see a rematch soon.

sorry i dont know any of the other results.

I watched the fight, and there was not a person in the place that would say Ghot won. George flogged him, but they gave it to ghot...even the Ref was confused.
Bit sus guys.....

jesse did u see the openers?

Jesse
31-10-2005, 11:45 PM
Yeah...there were a few good ones.
The 2nd fight was between 2 young guys having their first fight and ryan was going hard in every round...jumping knees and all, with a smile on his face having fun.

There was another good one between a kickboxer from melbourne and another technical fighter from the gold coast, who won.

jesse... simon from melbourne is a thaiboxer NOT a kickboxer. thats why you saw him throwing mark in the grapple and cutting him with elbows.
