Win or loose, Jenk is going to win over a lot of fans tonite I'm sure Janer. His heart and fight attitiude are awesome. ****, imagine fighting Parr as a next fight after Zambidis.
I like both guys very much, but we should all understandably support our local guys. I hope they have an excellent but safe fight.

whoops forgot to answer your question.
I think we're on the same time zone Janer. Not sure about that during daylight savings time though.
The time zones change from east to west, but QLD is about the same longitude as us in Melbourne and Sydney.

You learn new things everyday! Im sure when daylight savings are on that Sydney is 30min further than melb. oh well.
Jenk and JWP are BOTH work horses. I read on JWP bonchu cup website that JWP will offer jenk $500 out of his prize money to use elbows in the fight! If jenk accepts, id say JWP will win.

Awesome fight... non stop action... I thought Jenk was unlucky, I didn't see it as a unanimous decision for Parr.
The Hammer called it two points in Jenk's favour due to Jenk's higher workrate and winning the fight from the outside... Tarik called it as a draw... several people ringside (Queenslanders) thought Jenk had done enough to get over the line, though he was out-grappled/kneed by Parr which was to be expected.
All in all, excellent fight... judge for yourselves on Fox.

Behic got ripped. His work rate was higher in every round but the last . They say Melbourne judges or no good . I would like to know how could you have a boxing referee juging a Thai fight .
Know that Jenk has fought Parr in K-1 rules i wonder if Parr would have the balls to fight Jenk in Kickboxing rules.

Guys,
I will have to wait until the fight on fox to judge, but if Michael S. said JWP did outgrapple & knee Jenk, IMO because they are fighting K1 rules - the knees do rate more highly on the scorecards!
But I bet if Tarik wanted a rematch in Melbourne, JWP would.
I look forward to the replay on Fox. Nov 1, I think.

Its not Muay Thai and this ain't Thailand.
Knees aren't supposed to score higher.

Hey John K,
They will have to change the rules then!

Hi guys
Under true K-1 rules, knees DO NOT score higher, afterall this is not Muay Thai. Under true K-1 rules, aggression and highest number of connecting shots scores highest... in my opinion, Jenk was the more aggressive and scored the higher number of overall shots. But, I'm sure that the Qld judges are more used to scoring modified Thai bouts where grappling and knees are scored highly... though in K-1 grappling is strictly limited.
So once again, I just state my opinion, Jenk was SCORING more from a distance, Parr more from the grapple.
Anyways, catch it on FOX SPORTS on FRIDAY NOVEMBER 22 at 8.30pm. Definitely worth watching. :)

Hi Michael,
Probably a correct assessment, in regards to the Qld referees judging modified thai fights.
I guess they just need a rematch in Melbourne!
Michael do you have any news about JWP fighting at the K1 Max tournament in November?
I was informed that he hadn't even been approached, and that he would still be in the States, awaiting the birth of his baby girl with Angela.
Any information would be appreciated.

Pic Behic and Ozkan at Johnie Scida's show.
Jenk certainly looks a lot better than he did after the fight with Zambidis.
A lot of the Melbourne guys I spoke to tonight reckon it was very very close.

I don't have any sorry Remy.
I didn't go to it unfortunately.
My mistake, I thought the pic you posted was from the night Jenk fought for some reason.
