just wondering wats the best thing to put in a bag to make it a good heavy bag for good resistance and conditioning?
also anyone got any good recipes for making protein powder a little more tasty?. no matter wat it says they do not taste good.

What type of resistence & conditioning training are we actually talking about? etc boxing, kb or mt.

mt. just want to know cos i got one but its light as what should i fill it with to make it suitable?
if u want ur bag really hard put sand in it or get a compresser and put rags and keep compressing it till its full.
the best protein powder is vp2 it taste the best

I mix vanilla protein powder with two bananas and a teaspoon of honey in a blender, tastes alot better.

hey liba,
you can put a couple of buckets of shredded tyres in the bag to make it hard... avoid putting sand in it though... i've found that within about 2 weeks it all ends up at the bottom, leaving you with a rock hard (almost concrete) bag at the bottom and the same as it was originally through the middle and top. also eventually the sand will f*ck up the bag from the inside and eventually rip through...

Hey liba, i found putting rags and saw dust in is quite good, each time u finding the top of the bag is getting hollow just add more rags and some more saw dust. it will slwoly get heavier and heavier.
