Your thoughts on over training?
u can only get so fit before u start getting sick, it not good 2 overwork ur body because ur body needs time 2 recover and long as u run every morning (5km) and train 4 an 1hr in the afternoon thats all u need.
but remember the harder u train the easyer the fight

proper prepartion prevents piss poor performance............
just train enough so you have steam to train the next day if not then relax that day and train the day after......body needs rest....
