Hi New Zealand fight fans

Dont miss out on booking the K-1 Saitama event on PPV this Sunday on SKY NZ.

Aussies, if you know people in New Zealand, ask them to book this show and tape it for you as it was a cracker.

It featured:

The most astounding match of the year as BOB SAPP, former NFL lineman for the Minnesotta Vikings and 6'8", 170kg of muscle takes on and takes out ERNESTO HOOST... this is the match EVERYONE is still talking about and will be for years to come.

JEROME LEBANNER vs 'Big Daddy' GARY GOODRIDGE in the "Battle of the Strikers"

The new GIANT, SEMMY SCHILT - 7' 2", 120kg (king of Pancrase, UFC, Pride star) vs MIKE McDONALD

STEFAN LEKO vs MUAY THAI giant ALEXEY IGNASHOV

PETER AERTS vs GLAUBE FEITOSA

plus

RAY SEFO vs Sweden's shooting star MARTIN HOLM

and

K-1 World champion MARK HUNT returns to some of his best form in a big bombing match against MIKE BERNARDO

Join myself, Thomas Stanley, Dixon McIver and a range of special guests ringside for the K-1 event of the year... on SKY NZ this SUNDAY on PPV. :)

I would have thought that the market in Australia would be just as demanding as NZ in relation to successful PPV. I know that NZ have Hunt and Sefo, but I still wonder why fox hasn't shown us the K-1 GP final in the last year or two. They showed 1999 and 2000, a while after the event but haven't shown anything since. I now that it must be expensive for them, but an investment in Kickboxing by fox, should show the best at least once a year.

It wouldn't sell in Australia Remy.

I'm not sure how well it would sell, but the previous K-1 GP shown in Australia were on foxtel and not a PPV event. They were a while after the events but they showed 1999 GP final and then the 2000 GP final on foxsports. I thought that they would show the K-1 GP at least once a year not PPV.
