Q.L.D vrs VIC

This is one battle i'd love to see as both states have fighters in there peaks at most weight divisionsunder K1 rules ....My vote would go to q.l.d ,but it's definately close!!

I agree Royce, I'd love to see the super-stars from both states fighting a K1 Rules event.

I realy enjoy watching the Queensland Fox shows. But, I find it difficult to judge just how good these fighters are, and I think it's probably the same for QLD Kickboxing supporters tuning in on Fox to watch the Melbourne fights.
eg, like I might be watching two of QLD's big names who don't have a record of fighting anyone from Melbourne (or at least one that I'm aware off), so for me it's hard to tell at what level these guys are at. But, if I see a QLD fighter whose fought a Melbourne fighter in Melbourne, I can then tell at what level they're at.
eg 2, I knew that, and watched Scott Bannan defeat Prince Amir. So, I know what sort of level Scott was at when he fought in QLD after that etc.

Recently I watched the MT super 8 and loved it. But, I hadn't a clue as to how good Findlayson was. Or how good or at what level Soren Montkongsong was at compared to say Shane Chapman etc. Actually, it's quite bizzare that we seem to get more NZ fighters fighting in Melbourne than we do the top fighters from QLD.

That's why I think these sorts of shows would be educational for the dedicated Kickboxing supporters from both our states whom just haven't been following the sport for a decade like some of you other guys have.

I am in Victoria but feel that the Queensland boys are the best in the country by a long way, both fighting and putting on shows.
No bull**** titles, just great Muay Thai fights.

Glenn, This is the reason why i would if i was the promoter have "K1" rules in effect as of course Q.L.D will dominate with muaythai. This would be a great night once in Melbourne & in return another show in Q.L.D.....Tarik & Cannon are the guys to get the show going
