Hi

My Name is Mark Pease, i train Aaron Leigh at the Strikeforce gym on the Gold Coast.

He has been training for 3 years now and has been to Thailand once with me.
He is rematching Chris White at 55kgs for the Sth Pacific Title on 12th of oct when Pixie fights for the World title against Marwin From Thailand.

Aaron normaly fights at 52kgs but in country he can not get many fights so we stepped up a division any more questions please fill free..

Cheers

I thought the fight against tri-ming was great to watch also. I hope he can find enough fights to keep active at such a light weight though!

Hey Mark Pease, your boy Aaron is very good. My thai friend was impressed by your boy (true thai boxing), and he is fussy when it comes to thai boxing, so keep up the good work.

Royce

I have been around since 1988 with my gym, firstly Kickboxing (old School) and the in the early 90s Muay Thai.
I held a wka Aust super light weight title and a w.m.tc an a few state titles. I have been going to Thailand since 93 to fight and learn but mainly to learn.

I have a very good friend who lives there so i have always gone to good camps, the gyms we like are the one that speak very little english as they show you the technique rather than tell you the technique.
But i think my claim to fame is my fighters
Steve Rosten the first Aust to beat a Thai in Aus (Sth Pacific Title) and others
Aaron Warner (Qld Title)
Dave Bowen (Qld Title)
Jim Mcleod (Qld title)
Mark Kowalawyzc (Qld Title)
Jai Duncan (Aust Title)
Aaron Leigh (Aust Title)
Chriss Barret (Oceania Title) and others
Ben Pixie Burton (Oceania Title) and others he has also fought at Rajadanerm stadium and fought in Japan many times so have a couple of my other fighters such as Danny Derdowski who as yet does not have a title.

I have also just had a thai trainer here for 2 months from Bangkok to help me and also to learn new Techniques so as you can see i am still learning this fine art..
Oh anb Mark Simpson over there in Perth (Qld title) i helped him with leg kicks and he helped me with hands..

Cheers mark Pease
Ps If you looked in a couple of old issues of int kb you would have seen some articles on myself hope this is good enough if not call again.....

No

Aaron was a surfer with no Martial Arts background at all, He just seems to pick up things realy quickly and he has a big heart but he seems to be good at most things sport wise...
