train hard, eat alot less & only eat good food when you do. very simple. you WILL lose weight if your training out counts your calories intake. you shouldnt need any help from thermagenics if you are doing it right and you have enough time (2 weeks for 4kg can be done the right way too)

Drink a lot of water so you dont feel as hungry, and eat salads because they actually make your body lose weight rather than gain
