This may be a dumb question but how many matched were full mauy thai rules?

Gnar kill,

As this fight night was in sydney, it was kickboxing rules! The fighters were also required to wear very thin, shin and instep pads due to the N.S.W. boxing authority! No Mauy Thai fights on this show but some good fights just the same!

Just watched the show at Enmore theatre and must say that it came across as a good night, the commentary was great improvement and the fights were great..Congradulations to Stuart for another great show...Would have to be the WKBF NSW Promoter of the Year for 2004...Go the Bulldoggies....

I agree, great commentary! This should silence the critics.
Even better show, really entertaining and great match-ups.

The "bomb" and Simon Black were very impressive.

Loved the "san choy bow" comment, had me LMAO.

Still kicking strong at 43!

Word to Mr Black, he seems to be very technical fighter!

Pity the last fight between Foley and Duett only went just over one round, good knock out but.

That was a great knockout by Foley. I know Duett hasn't had a great run lately, but still an impressive win by Gregg.

I'd like to see Foley V Preacher now that We've seen foley defeat Steve and Baris. And the win by Preacher over Baris would make this an interesting match up.

Does anyone know if they've fought before?
It would be a pointless Muay Thai fight. If we really want it to be competitive it would have to be on a A-1 show.

Hey Paul,

I'm pretty sure Preacher beat Foley in a kickboxing match a little while ago. Might have been late last year I think! Went 5 rounds with a decision win to Preacher!

i think i enjoyed the commentary of the fights more than the fights.

preacher & Foley had a fight last year with preacher winning on points
he did say that foley was the secound person to ever give him a black eye from a fight & bruce had around 80 odd pro fights by then
after this fight preacher has said he will never fight kickboxing rules again cos he cant use all his weapons
but you never know what mite happen ?
