i seriously hope jenk whips parr. jenk is one of the hardest working and nicest fighters in the country, no big naming himself and spending all his time on the net talking about himself like a lot of guys do nowadays. he deserves a good win after his courageous showing with zambidis. go jenk!

Sash, I agree, Jenk is a friggen legend, and a very nice guy. I'm sure Parr is as well.

I wish both fighters the best of luck. This fight will be a great showdown between two of the worlds best.
Who wants international competition when fights like this are possible in our own back yards.

paul, I like fighters on the net too especially genuinely humble ones who dont spend all there time talking about themself and acting as fake as they do. you never see them labeling themself with silly tags (which are hilarious in there cockiness). i can tell you its c first sign of parr's ego needing its own zip code was when he flooded internet message boards with pictures of himself and stories of how great he was. second major sign was on another board where a fight fan innocently and politely discussed with another fan (NOT parr directly) how he didnt think jwp was as **** hot as parrs army of clones has made himself out to be, so of course jwp jumps into the conversation and throws a little ***** tantrum and forcibly reminds the fan and everyone else about how great he is over and over. word has it parr has snidely remarked the handicapped guy he fought was "running". memo to wayne, a one armed guy cant exactly stand and trade.

I think cockiness and confidence is Wayne's thing.
Hehehe, he walks in the ring with a fake gun and a vampire mouthguard for goodness sake. I dunno, I always just took it as the Wayne Parr show. Just a bit of fun and showbiz to entertain the spectators.

Anyway, the crowds really like it.

They are fighting under K1 rules Knees but no elbows and only a 5 secound grappling rule which would be in Jenks favor. Should be a interesting night.

The fight with Jenk will be under K-1, Jenk has had a few fights with knee's now and is starting to feel more comfortable fighting with them. Seems like there isn't many people that want to fight with eblows any more but at least more people are starting to fight with knee's in K-1 rules. The jenk fight should be a good war, Jenk has a never say die attitude and is becoming one of the best in the country.

When someone is bagging you on the net if you have had no fights or 100 fights, you still have the right to defend your self. As for pound for pound, I have worked hard fighting all over the world beating most guys I have fought. You don't like the John Wayne show, don't watch my fights and don't read what I post, too easy.

so wayne, let's get this straight. an overseas guy commented that he had seen you fight in America and he names a couple Americans he felt, in his opinion, would beat you, so you consider this bagging you do ya? the guy did not say ONE slanderous or derogatory remark about you personally. you apparently are very sensitive and will stand up for nothing less than people sucking up to you.
