Hi

Just wondering if I can get some advice on the type of nutritional supplements I should take? I train 4 times a week in Thai Boxing and Kung Fu, and was wondering what would be the most beneficial combination? Whey Protein I know is good, but I also don't want to gain too much mass. Just something that will help me strip any minor excess fat and promote muscle growth/ recovery and energy.

L-Carnitine. Take it in the morning before you run, if you do run. And take some before you do training session. The powder form is the best. Try to take it 20-30 mins beforehand.

L-Glutamine is really good for recovery the next day.
take it 3 times a day after meals.1 tablespoon and u will fell mad.it ia a powder form.
