Hoost is fighting on the next K-1 show... opponent TBA though I am hoping it will be Remy after they were scheduled to meet at Saitama last time but Remy pulled the plug. LeBanner is still recovering from injury, K-1 can't afford to rush him.
Dixon McIver is doing a KINGS OF OCEANIA event on July 16... it will feature awesome eight-man line up so far confirmed:
Peter Graham
Chris Chrisopoulidis
Jason Suttie
Hiriwa TeRangi
Paul Slowinski
Mitch O'Hello
Other names being considered:
Faii Falamoe (I hope it's Faii!!!!)
Terry Tutaki
Andrew Peck
Also there will be super fights. At this stage it is probably JENK vs JORDAN TAI Max fight (depending if Tai is selected into K-1 Max GP)... AARON BOYES vs JAYSON VERMOA (good to see the Supercharge back).... RAFAEL TAI vs DEWEY COOPER from the USA.... and the big one...
ALEXEY IGNASHOV vs JOSIP BRODROZIC
July 16 at the ASB Stadium in Auckland. Gonna go off.

just a quick question will any of the undercard fights be shown, in particular the girls fight???
HAMMER

Its on tonight!!
The girls fight didn't make the cut thought.

The girl fights never make the cut because foxtel doesn't like to show the females fighting.
Even top class like Laura Skinner and Karen Williams never made it to air.

Great night of fights! Fox has been showing some excellent kickboxing (and boxing) of late, so thanks to everyone involved. I always love watching Killa, Preacher and Aaron Leigh fight, and the Mongkongtong fight was great, so I really enjoyed the whole night.
You guys weren't wrong about the Murph not wanting to stop fights. He helped Favre(?) to his feet after one knockdown and then stopped counting on the next one when he wasn't quite gonna beat it.

I thought rung started better in their first fight until Leigh took over and finished him off, and the latest fight Leigh started stronger until he got caught. Same thing happened but in reverse. Also Scott stopped Dalley in the first round of their first fight and the opposite thing happened here too in their latest fight.
I must say in that fight, I don't understand why a count wasn't put on Dalley as he did take a knee to the canvas after one of Bannan's right hands connected(when a fighter takes a knee or touches a glove on the canvas as a result from receiving a shot/s from their opponent, a count should be put on the fighter), but a count wasn't given and then almost straight away after that, Dalley lands a kick to Scott's knee and wins by KO. Unfortunately this is one fight where a reffing error certainly affected the outcome of the fight.

I can't agree that Brian Murphy's decision not to apply a count on Dalley actually influenced the outcome. I agree that the Murph missed this one, but the count or no count would only make a difference in one of two ways:
1. on the scorecard - to the disadvantage of the dropped fighter
2. to the advantage of the dropped fighter - to clear their head
If anything, knowing that the fight never went to the scorecards, maybe Dalley was disadvantaged by this decision?
Anyway, go the Murph!! He should ref every fight. If you aren't dead - you're right to go on. Love the comments from the big fella throughout the eventing too 'put a bit of ice on it and you'll be right' etc.

I thought it was worth it just to here Stephen Fox's "c'mon boys this isnt WWF" classic!!!! some awesome fights on that card, geee Soren was a lucky boy but all cred to him he picked his shot, the other guy popped his chin up and got knocked the fark out!
Admin do you know or is it even a possibility if Alexey Ignashov will fight in melbourne this year? if he is i'm so there, and good to see Jenk back to, bloody hell two of my most favourite fighters and it's in bloody NZ!
