I was wondering whether anyone has ever been there, or has an opinion on this place. Is the certification worth anything? Has anyone recieved certification there? Is it just a money grabbing exercise or will you learn something if you go there?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Hi qlander,
I went to check it out in 1998. I wasn't that empressed with it. I didn't train just looked at there prices ect. I was a bit suss on the place as it was expensive and in a prick of a place.Difficult to find. I'm not sure if their certificates are worth anything or not maybe someone else knowns more. I have a friend in Hong Kong may be going soley for the paper as there isn't any real qualifications you can get. I told him to be wary as you never hear much talk or people recommending it.

Thanks Danny,

Anyone else??? Mark (Pease)you guys are very experienced with Thailand training, have you ever considered or experienced training there? Or has anybody else? I don't want to waste my time, we are considering training at Lanna Camp in Chiang Mai this time.

I've trained at lived at the Lanna camp a couple of years ago. I'd advise going there. There's 2 rings and Andy (owner/manager) is honest and is good to deal with. Plus Chiang Mai is a lot cleaner and less polluted than Bangkok. Another bonus is that food, accomadation and training is so much cheaper than the city.

Hi Glander

No i am sorry i have not been there at all we go to Gyms rather than the institute, but in saying that i have not heard any reports good or bad about it.

Do what Danny said go to Lanna but when you get there tell them excactly what you want because that way you will both know..

Cheers Mark Pease
