I owuld urge anyone who can make it to get to Ajarn Chai's seminars, they are fantastic! Anyone who has never seen him before would be amazed at the speed he demonstrates. I've been to most of his seminars here in Darwin since 97 or 98, and because the techniques and drills used aren't difficult, they are very effective and easily implemented into any training regime. Ajarn Chai has a great sense of humour, and the seminars are suitable for people of any fitness and experience level. The seminars here have attracted all ages, from 12/13 year olds through to a couple of 50+ guys and girls. For those who have attanded before, how long did it take for 'Bung' and 'Tan' to enter your training vocab? *L*

Hi Don
contact the the seminar host in your state for more information.I have worked with Ajarn Chai since 1988 and have followed him around Australian on several occasions over the years. I have found him an exellent teacher and great comunicator. He has influenced my life as a former fighter, now trainer and person. Doing one of his seminars is money well spent in my opinion.
