Like all of you have said, this fight would not happen, both fighters have a lot of respect for one another and besides that, are good friends out of the ring. Getting down to it though, there would be no question that Baris would win. Baris is a very mature fighter and has alot more experience than Jenk. Jenk would have to come up a couple of levels to start matching Baris.

Axekick - I think you've copped a few too many 'axekicks' to the head What do you mean Jenk has to come up a couple of levels to match Baris? He is fighting ZAMBAM in a few weeks! - remember Zam totaly "humiliated and destroyed, disgraced, broke, ruined" Baris - and now you are saying Jenk cant take on Baris - then he has NO HOPE!!!!! against Zam!!!! simple logic

Krama, sorry but I disagree with you there. Baris has beaten the best and has only lost one fight within the last 3 or so years!! Zam did not humiliate baris!! I suppose it was Zambidis hardest fight, as he always knocks out his opponents within 6 rounds... and for baris to go 12rounds, that is awesome. The ref stopped it as opposed to him getting knocked out, now that would of been "ruining" for Baris!!

And as for the other post you posted in the Gurkan V Athur fight, Baris has a knockout punch. What happened to Mcfie? and what happened to Steve DOuett?? Jenk Behic couldnt put Doeutt out, but Baris did it within 2 rounds!! And as for experience, Baris has been around for at least 6years, and is still keeping busy in Boxing.

I lean towards Baris as a better fighter than Jenk, as he has more power, strength, stamina and experience. However, Jenk is still a great fighter!

What Jenk did KO steve Douet at the crown showroom it was the undercard. when gurkan fought john halford in a boxing bout

krama - On the humiliation of baris VS Zam there was none. Baris fought a great fight and hadn't lost a fight for 5 years. Yes baris lost but on the same side was told by the Zam camp that Zam had only fought 3 fights in his carrer and was also told to take it easy on him. On the night though, Zam was an excellent fighter and I take nothing away from him. this is were all the politics stuffs up the sport. We will just see how Jenk performs on the 12 August. I hope that he does win but think that Zam will just be to strong for him.

Paul, yes they did fight on the Gurkan V Tibor Vermes undercard in 1999. It went the distance and Jenk won uniaminously on points.

Umz, can you give us more information on what happened with Jenk V Douett in their second fight?

Hey how you going Janer. Yes that fight happened at the end of 99. When Tarik had 2 shows on one weekend. On in sydney and the other in melbourne. Umz is right it was on the undercard on ozkan Vs halford. Yeah jenk got dropped in the first round and then he came back in the second round to KO douett with a dummy leg check, right hand to the chin, smack !!! bang !!! right on the button.
