im a beginner and i need training. is kickboxing dangerous. i get international kickboxer from the newsagent and i was reading about nugget's gym in wilston. is kickboxing done barefoot. questions/answers clinton in brisbane

Go to Nuggets gym and take it from there. I'm sure you'll be made more then welcome.
