Hi all, Im in Singapore at the moment and just saw the Muay Thai movie "Ong Bak". Its a pretty cool movie with fantastic fight scenes - Jumping knees to the head, jumping elbows etc!!!! Australia's own Nick Kara is also featuring as one of the baddies! If it comes out in Adelaide its worth a see!

I was in Bangkok 2 weeks ago and there was a crowd standing around a row of tv's in this sanity like store. After watching 5 mins of it I bought the dvd. It is the goods. Watch the pilot casting short film at the end of it. "No wires, no computer effect all 100% Muay Thai" Apart from the fight scenes what about the crazy tree climbing sequence at the start. Those poor stuntmen, ouch.

It is a good movie, very realistic and action packed right from the start. I did some training yesterday at a Muay Thai gym in Singapore, its an awesome gym with great facilities.
