Hello,
Just wanted to say thanks to all those who logged on to chat with Stan Longinidis on Tuesday night. For our first ever live chat, things went extremely well and Stan enjoyed it too.
Remember his new movie comes out at the beginning of August, and is called Trojan Warrior. I'm sure we'll post some notes on here to remind you all!
Some of the news to come out of our chat with Stan is listed below:
- He is considering a retirement fight, possibly against Maurice Smith, and it will defintely be held in Melbourne.
- He recently auditioned for a Martin Scorcese film, so let's hope we see him again on the big screen, in a blockbuster Hollywood production.
- A rematch with Sam Greco is out of the question.
- Stan is enjoying K1 style of fighting, but doesn't think Le Banner will take out the title.
- Stan believes Gurkan Ozkan is a great fighter, but may over-rate himself at times.
- Stan also thought that Turkey played extremely well in the World Cup! (see, we didn't just discuss Kickboxing!)
