I'm always impressed with how tough MT guys are.
Forrester had a great fight, but man, how tough was Redden. Looked like he'd be happy to fight till he passed out from blood loss.
I've heard a lot about this Leigh Kid.
He looks pretty friggen impressive. He seems to do everything with a truck load of power behind it. Those elbows were outrageous. I've never seen an elbow exchange like that one with Tokyo Joe ever.

Gotta love the Muay Thai action!!!
I must say I lost respect for Nathan Corbett after seeing the replay. While he is a great fighter, his antics to his old corner(who probably taught him 95% of what he knows) were childish. I don't dig the pants in Full Thai rules bouts either(opinion). Save the pants for Shootboxing or for Mardi Gras time!! Those pants look like something Warwick Capper would wear..

I didn't say he couldn't wear pants. This is my point though; You don't see boxers ever wearing pants in a fight, why should Muay Thai be any different?

Did I hear a comment during the Nathan Corbett fight, that after Maskacheff he was intending to make a foray to fight in NSW and Vict.
Can someone please confirm if this is true. If so, it's about time!
A QLD v. Vic fight night sounds like a crowd puller to me!
Although I hate to say it under Muay Thai rules I think the Vics would struggle! That's coming from a Victorian!
Still kicking strong at 42!

Hey John.
I kind of feel the same every time I watch a Queensland MT show.
I think, fark, we need to have MT here.
Then one of the promoters will go out and organize an MT fight for us Vics, just for me to regret what I wished for on fight night.
I'm not meaning to sound disrespectful to the fighters or promoters.
Michael V, you know I luv ya, but I think that last MT fight would have made more punters happier as a simple kick fight. So, what to do.
We're never going to get better MT fighters in Vic if we don't give them the opportunity to fight, so I guess we just have to handle it. But honestly guys, isn't MT hard to watch with inexperienced MT fighters. I'm sure some of you want to strangle me for saying that I reckon a trip to the dentist is as much fun.
I'm honestly not against MT, but it's just on a different level in Queensland. It's almost not the same sport. I think it would be a different story if our fighters like Behic, Nezif, Themlakis were interested. But, it's seems in Vic we see more of the new guys, or guys we rarely see fighting giving MT a go.
So, If you really love MT, leave Queensland behind and become an automatic star fighter in VIc.
Please.

ive never seen Nathan Corbett fight but he seems like a crowd winner. what a **** stirrer wearing shootboxing pants in MT against his onld club who had kicked him out for doing shootboxing, i loved it. that jap guy was a ****ing freak showing his cock to the crowd it was sweet when ts2 beat him. Muay Thai is good i wished they'd show it more often on fox instead of KB or K1
ELBOWS ****ING ROCK
