Best place to buy gloves in Bangkok?

Hi,

I'll be in Bangkok in August for a couple of days before going to the islands. Last time I was there, at the end of my last trip, I found a shop at Lumpinee stadium that sold gloves, shorts etc from all the top brands, really cheap. Their Twins gloves were about half what I paid at a gym in Phuket, and cheaper than all the tourist stores in MBK etc.

Im only in BKK for a couple of days so Im not sure if Ill be there when there are fights on at Lumpinee. Would this shop be open even if theres no fights? Can anyone recommend other good places to get gloves and gear in BKK?

From what I remember the Lupinee store stock King and several other brands aside from Twins. But they did seem to have mainly Twins gear, so maybe they do run it.

I will try to hunt down the Sport Marketing store, it sounds like it is close to the skytrain so should be relatively easy to get too. And National Stadium is just down from MBK.

The shops are open in the day regardless of the fights being on.. King glovescare the best gloves vie ever wore

It's walkable from the National Stadium BTS stop (only a few hundred metres). You'll notice all the sports stores once you get there.
