Just wondering if anyone knows of some good conditioning excerises, that would be easy to do in your home, i know of quite a few, but im after some different ones that would be easy to do out of the gym environment, and variety is good too, cause it keeps it interesting. for strengthening upper legs and hips, abbs and lower back.

things like plymetric exercises etc..
eg. one legged squats, treadmills, bunny hops etc.
maybe you have a real hard one the your instructor makes you do.

please share
or any one know a good website that would show some examples of these.

cheers.

Luke B,
I designed a website for a very experienced fitness instructor / conditioner who is located in NZ. He assist in some of the New Zealand All Blacks conditioning, so he certainly knows his stuff. Below is the url to his website, i would suggest that you have a look at his website and just drop him an email and he will help you out in answering any sports / athletic related questions.

I got him to write up some plyometric training stuff for me and he sent it straight away.

www.enhancinghumanperformance.com

His name is Spida Hunter.

I hope this helps.

Cheers
