Hey Rochelle,
Did you write correctly 37 kgs?
Maybe your friend needs a "good feed"

I personally have never seen a fighter be it male or female this light!

The best of luck in finding an opponent for your mate.

cheers

WOW, that's light.

I thought fighters like Laura Skinner were light.

Good Luck, it sounds like a difficult find.

The lightest I have seen anyone weigh in at is 48kg for a S.A bantom weight title fight which is anything under 55kg. Fernando Mammone V's Rith Ek for those who remember. 37kg I have to know how tall and how old? And Paul. C. I whant to see pics if this one happens. I can't imagin the 16 oz gloves on someone so small.

Yep 37Kg... She is in her early 20ies

She is Philippino and under 5 foot.

Don why 16oz Gloves???? I fight at 50Kg and i wear 8oz or 10oz. Isn't it the smaller you are the smaller your gloves are??

Just thought i'd see what we could find...

Thanks for all the help.

Early 20's and still 37kg!? Sorry but that is seriously not right even if she is under 5ft. I know someone who when they were young was around 5ft and she still didn't even get below 40kg. Some how I don't think you will find it might be quite difficult finding someone like that but good luck anyway would be good to see some pics of this one Paul but you might have to have a good zoom on the camera we do want to see the person... LOL at superkick and Don!

Really you guys, stop harassing the poor girl.

My wife is 30, 4'11" and weighs 38kg after having 2 kids and she is not skinny. She is Chinese though and very athletic, sorry she doesn't do kick boxing.

You guys have should realise is that different races have different builds, I don't doubt that this girl is healthy and fit.

Thanks Slug, i'm glad someone understands the facts.

She is very fit and healthy and very much in proportion.

Can someone tell me if this is normal - 16 y/o kickboxer, around 185cms, and weighs 63.5kgs? Also my brother is about 130cms and weighs 36.5kgs - is that normal too?

Sorry Rochelle There used to be a rule years ago that novice fighters (under 3 fights) had to wear 16 oz gloves. I think it may be from the old AKA days. No offence meant. I must have been having a flash back.<img src=icon_smile_blackeye.gif border=0 align=middle>
