from my home, so I wouldn't have to get up early to beat the traffic on the freeway

I'm with dave. how much easier would it be working from home in a job you love.
no way. keep your home separate. As soon as you open your home to the public, it ceases to be a private haven for you and your family, regardless if its a shed down the back or a setup under the house.
If it were I, it would most definitely be close to public transport, or close to a major shopping area. Densely populated areas and easy of access would be where i would choose.
BUT, i think what the poster is asking, is what postcode do you think needs a good gym

Yes, they allow many many times that to arrive here LEGALLY and without jumping the queue. Those people also have something to offer other than crime and a overblown sense of self-entitlement.

hand in hand mate. the amount of surfboards that were in the foyer of the old 5 rings gym outnumbered the boxing gloves.
CARNAGE has been known to carve up the surf quite nicely too.
