Here s the 1st Supremacy of 2010 and we kick off a big year with Australia vs Iran!!


A team of 6 fighters are coming from Iran to do battle with Boom, Tiger, Chad defending his WMC Intercontinental title for the 3rd time, Pitbull,Cales, Kate K8 vs interstate opponent, Kandy Kane vs Wes Capper, Jamie Gorman defending his WMC State title vs Melben(former holder),Linno vs Iran and Matt Evans vs Chris Bowie it what will be a great way to start WA s 2010 fight calender.

Yes Bill all the fighters are coming from Iran!!!!
They are all members of the Iranian national team which as you know are always a strong team at the World championships.
As you would notice on the poster there is a logo on there of the Iranian Sports Commission. This team has the support of their government and they are bringing 5 fighters, 2 coaches and officials!!
None of these guys are on a training holiday in Thailand and looking for a free trip to Australia!!
Supremacy always brings fighters to fight!! ie Matsui,Preacher,Cosmo, DDD,Daddy Cool, Ghot Suer Noi,Ali Yakuub,Alex Dally etc etc etc!

Looks like a great card.

Would love to be there to see the Boom Boom, Caley and Anita fights. Good luck to all three. Some of my favourite fighters to watch in Oz. And great to see a show with two quality female match ups. The girls from 53-60kg in Oz are putting on a great show everytime they get matched. Would love to see them get a chance on Evo and Immortality.

Kate vs Anita was backwards and forth the whole fight, kates range and workrate got her the win as she ran away with the fight in the later rounds

Well done to Darren, Peter and everyone involved in Supremacy there were some great fights. I was impressed with Lino he'll have a big future in MT a very skillful fighter. The fight of the night to me was pit bull. He was matched against a tough opponant and never backed off pulling off some gutsy spinning back elbows in the last rounds and made up for lost ground with the eight count. Well done to Cales and Kate on their wins too. Thanks to Darren and Caley for organising the Black arm bands in memory of Lee Blackman we (Cannington Kickboxing) appreciate your support, and we will be around to fight on and support the shows in Perth in the future.

Lino really took control in the later rounds, controlling the fight with the left kick.. dictating the range and pace the fight would be fought at, especially given the iranian was more of a boxer and his legs were welted up pretty bad.. nice display of skill, calculating shots, controlling the fight and sticking to his game plan the whole fight.. pleasure to watch

Darren and Peter, thanks for having Anita and I over. The show was extremely exciting and very well run. Everyone was very nice to us and even the crowd was fantastic in welcoming us. We enjoyed our trip there and looking forward to any future trips.

As for Anita's fight, Kate had it without a doubt. Her work rate was high and Anita just couldn't get out of first gear. Maybe if it wasn't for the long layoff due to her knee injury, the result may be different but no excuse though, Kate won fair and square. Anita did her best. She took some shots but maintained her composure and gave some of her own back elbows and all.

Once again, a great show and will definately want to get back to Perth again.
