That is awesome. Grappling is not my scene, but to have any martial artist of that depth and calibre attend your gym is quite an achievement. If i could afford it, i would definitely attend just to hear him talk. Well done hammer.. I don't know how you manage events like this, with your obviously busy schedule... Really cool.

I met Royce late last year in Macau, he is a very humble and nice guy.

We had most of the Gracie brothers over in Adelaide, when our MMA gym was still running (Royce & Royler included). They were all great guys and very good trainers. The seminars they ran for us were excellent. Not the type of crap where you get shown 50 things you wont remember - but they teach you a handful of training and fighting methods that work and are easy to remember. We found them equally as good for MMA training seminars, as BJJ seminars.

Hey Matt
Thanks again for your support, we are doing a little MMA at the gym now..
But the chance to host this was offered to me and along with all the other greats that have come to the gym could not wait to get Royce along also.
I believe in taking the best from all fighting systems and having a open mind to learning, so having a BJJ/MMA great like Royce at my gym is truely a honour.

Hi everyone
We are excited to bring the ROYCE GRACIE ULTIMATE SEMINAR to Hammer's Gym on Monday February 15 at 7pm.
Royce Gracie is considered, along with Bruce Lee, to be the most influential martial artist of the 20th century and the man who started the MMA phenomenon in true when he became the first ever UFC champion.
In a decorated career Royce has fought in UFC, PRIDE and DYNAMITE. He is the highest paid MMA fighter in history and the most recognisable face in the history of MMA.
In this exclusive three-hour ULTIMATE SEMINAR, coinciding with UFC's debut in Australia, Royce will deliver patrons at Hammer's Gym his all-out smeinar including MMA for the cage, the ring and the street.
He will reveal some of his trademark submission moves and how to lock them on an opponent on the street or in MMA combat. These moves can be learned by either the beginner to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or the advanced practitioner -- we encourage all levels to attend this seminar and IN PARTICULAR we encourage anyone who does not train in BJJ to attend and improve your all round combative and self defence repertoire by learning from a legend.
You will also be treated to an exclusive Q & A session with Royce and get the chance to chat to him, get his autograph and take a picture with him.
More information to come. This is a MUST ATTEND seminar for every true martial artist as Royce reveals some of the secrets that made him the martial artist he is and brought him so much success in the UFC.
Meet and train with the first ever UFC HALL OF FAME inductee.
Direct from Los Angeles, the Royce Gracie ULTIMATE Seminar at Hammer's Gym is going to be an amazingly education and extremely fun night you will never ever forget.
