![]() Caley Reece has stepped up her training program. The Muay Thai star, who was the first female ever to grace the front cover of International Kickboxer magazine, is determined to become the best female fighter in the world. 'I’ve become a lot faster, stronger and smarter in the ring,' Caley reveaks. 'I’ve got a good mental approach leading into fights too, which plays such a big role in any sport. My training has also tripled in intensity and I do everything possible to make sure that when I complete my last session before a fight, I’ve done everything to perform at my absolute best.' A long hard journey has seen Caley reach world champion status but for Caley a champion isn’t measured in rank or titles. “Champions are the ones that are always at training and giving 100 per cent to better themselves,' she adds. 'The ones who train when no one is watching. The ones who listen and do their best to perfect their style and technique. The ones who go out there and fight their hearts out to the last buzzer.”
