“One of the biggest problems is that there are not many women who want to fight, so getting matches with different people can be quite hard,”  says Jessica Tolhurst from Black Dragon Kai.

“But the advantage of this is that when women train, they have to train with men who make them a stronger and a tougher fighter.”
